The Lord Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God (John 3:16). We believe that he died as a sacrafice for the sins of all mankind and because of his sinless life, rose again. We believe in His return to this earth to judge the world.
Salvation
We believe everyone is born with a sinful nature and because of that nature we are worthy of death (Rom 6:23). We believe that Jesus' crucifixion on the cross and resurrection was to redeem us from our sin. We believe that this salvation is available to all who ask God for it.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit as the third person of the trinity and in His interaction with mankind. We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit as manifested by the fruits (Gal 5:22-23)and gifts of the spirit.
The Bible
We believe in the Bible as the inspired word of God and that it is the complete revelation of God’s will for mankind (John 1:1-3). We believe in the absolute authority of the Bible as it pertains to the way we should live our lives.
Giving
We believe that every man is responsible for his life and resources which ultimately belong to God. We believe that tithes (the Bible defines tithes as 10% of our gross income)(Gen 28:22) and offerings (anything we give beyond the 10%) is a measure of obedience to the scriptural principles of giving.
The Church
We believe that the church is the eternal and universal body of Christ consisting of all those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior(Rom 12:4-6). We believe in the need for local assembly of believers for accountability and spiritual stability.
Prayer and Praise
We believe that we as Christians are able to communicate freely with God through both prayer and praise. We believe in the worship of the Lord through singing, clapping and the lifting of hands. We believe in the authority of the believer to ask freely of the Lord for our needs(James 5:13-18).
Evangelism
We believe that evangelism is the duty of every Christian. The Lord commands us to go out and make disciples in all the Earth (Luke 14:23). We believe that each person is first responsible to witness to their own family as the Holy Spirit leads them and gives them the ability.
Baptism
We believe that full submersion* water baptism is symbolic of God's forgiveness and our redemption from sin through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ(Rom 6:4). All those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior should be baptized in water as a public profession of their faith in Christ.
*Full submersion means that a person's entire body goes under water.
